In our journey we were involved with a number of call centres and were amazed with the productivity and efficiency of call centres from lead generation to sales to service delivery to payment collections to reporting structures and business intelligence.
It was this that inspired the birth of our very own proudly South African business process automation platform PICS.
Although PICS is essentially a piece of software we always tell our customers that PICS is not software, it’s a strategy
